About me and my therapy practice
Compassion lies at the heart of my work and practice. I understand that life often involves moments of suffering, but I firmly believe that each of us possesses an innate capacity to ease our distress and embark on a path of purpose and fulfillment.
The key to achieving this lies in understanding ourselves, our unique life narratives, and find a path that resonates with our individual and unique values.
In a modern world characterised by its rapid pace and inherent challenges, it’s all too easy to lose one’s way. My passion lies in guiding individuals towards a deeper self-understanding because I truly believe that knowledge empowers. This principle is central to my mission – empowering you with the knowledge, skills and insight needed to lead a purposeful life.
With over 15 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working in a diverse array of settings, including the NHS, working with individuals of all ages. Over the past four years, I have been dedicated to my private practice, specialising in supporting those dealing with self-esteem and self-identity challenges, body image concerns, to sensitive areas such as trauma with special interest in childbirth traumas and the scars of childhood traumas.
